A small, independent care provider in South East Cornwall area is looking for a Registered Nurse for the home's manager position. The home has built up an excellent reputation within the local community and with external healthcare professionals and Doctors in the area. Our clients offer both nursing and residential care in a welcoming, comfortable, home from home environment. There is an excellent team of nurses and care staff in place to support the manager in their new role. As manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the home whilst promoting a high standard of care for the residents. The owners offer an exceptional support network for the manager which would also make this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious registered nurse, deputy manager or clinical lead aspiring to progress into care home management.

Care Home Manager. (Small, Friendly Care Home)
Salary - Competitive Salary (Negotiable) + Pension + Uniform
Hours - Full time. Permanent. Monday to Friday (Days Only - 40 Hours)
Holiday - 5.6 Weeks plus Bank Holidays
- Be responsible for the day to day running of the home.
- Be responsible for compliance with all statutory and legal requirements for the home.
- Ensure that CQC standards are being met.
- Supervise and motivate a staff team of Nurses and HCA's.
- Ensure staff rota's are fulfilled according to the correct staffing levels.
Ideally you will be an experienced RGN with ambitions to further your career. Elderley care and care home experience desirable but not essential. If you have care home management experience (level 5 desirable) without nurse training we will still be happy to consider your application.
